We pull all of our online purchases from our Provincetown and Ludlow locations and require 24 hours to confirm the status & condition of your purchase. We strive to keep the website's inventory updated at all times, but item availability is NOT guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given your options or your credit card will be refunded.
Purchases Made in Store: Exchange or Store Credit within 10 days of purchase.
For Online Purchases:
We will gladly accept returns on regular priced or sale merchandise for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the customer receiving their order, based on postal tracking information. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Original packing slip receipt must accompany.
Items can be returned by bringing order into one of our physical locations or mailing your return directly to us.

Please contact us at email@example.com or come into one of our physical locations if you are looking to exchange you item purchased online. We cannot guarantee that the item looking to exchange will still be in stock when looking to exchange an item from an online purchase. Exchange may be made for any other item desired.
Store credit for any online sale item returns will be given in the form of an online gift card that does not expire. Once we have received your return either physically through dropping off at one of our locations or through mail, an online gift card will be issued by email for the amount of your order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
